After 3 years at Pokolbin, Owner/Head Chef Emerson Rodriguez has relocated his multi-award winning restaurant 'Emerson’s at Pokolbin' to the stunning Adina Vineyard.
Set in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region, the newly named 'Emerson’s Café & Restaurant' on Lovedale Road is surrounded by acres of established vineyards & an impressive olive grove. The restaurant features an onsite cellar door, providores, spa and boutique accommodation.
Emerson’s Café & Restaurant is committed to producing elegant dishes using locally sourced, fresh produce. Emerson’s trusted suppliers include Gloria and her micro herbs from just around the corner, Jeff from Nulkaba Hatchery and Shane from Shane’s Seafood, friend and expert for 17 years.
The chef takes great pride in respecting his ingredients and the trip between paddock and plate is very short indeed.
Emerson’s Cafe and Restaurant is perfect for a relaxed weekend breakfast, late week lunches or intimate, contemporary modern Australian cuisine in the evenings. View the contact page for specific opening times. Emerson and his highly skilled staff also offer a popular eight course degustation menu during dinner service, matched with the finest Hunter Valley wines. Eat al fresco on the verandah, book a private function or watch the masters at work from the Chef’s Table, right on the kitchen tiles.
In a crowded fine dining marketplace, Emerson’s Café & Restaurant stands alone with beautiful local produce, world class Hunter wines, dedicated and attentive staff, a relaxed atmosphere and, most importantly, delicious food. Bookings are recommended and can be made on 0249 307 029.
